Kimberly Camrass is the Head of Sustainability – Asia Pacific and India at the Boeing Company. She leads a team located across the region, delivering sustainability value to commercial and defence customers. Kimberly has a strong focus on policy development for sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), decarbonising flight technologies and robust market-based measures. She is Boeing’s representative on the Australian Government’s Jet Zero Council and is driving aviation sustainability through partnerships with airlines, industry, and the research sector. Before joining Boeing, Kimberly was the Director – Climate Positive Brisbane 2032, shaping initial sustainability planning for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. She has over fifteen years’ experience in various sustainability roles across academia, industry, government and the not-for-profit sector. Kimberly is an Adjunct Fellow at the University of the Sunshine Coast (Australia) with authored works across sustainability and leadership. She serves on the Executive Committee of the Low Carbon Liquid Fuels Alliance of Australia and New Zealand, working with industry to drive action on sustainable and synthetic fuels. Kimberly holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Regenerative Cities, a Masters of Environment and post-graduate qualifications in International Relations. She also holds a Bachelor of Education.

Shahana McKenzie has led Bioenergy Australia since 2017, spearheading the creation of industry alliances including the Low Carbon Fuels Alliance and the Renewable Gas Alliance, which collectively represent over 450 stakeholder organisations from across the biofuel supply chain. The alliances aim to advance low-carbon fuels and renewable natural gas production and deployment, policy, education, and marketing across Australia and New Zealand. She also initiated the Renewable Gas Challenge to replace 20% of Australia’s domestic gas with renewable sources by 2030. Under her leadership, membership has grown 400%, now encompassing leading domestic and global brands. Shahana has successfully advocated for Australia’s first Bioenergy Roadmap and the creation of the Jet Zero Council, advancing policy, investment, and practical solutions for decarbonising hard-to-abate sectors such as aviation, shipping, rail, and heavy industry. She is widely recognised for her ability to build collaborative relationships across government, industry, and communities.
