Randy serves as a Principal Specialist in the Major Hazards Department, responsible for managing the Safety Case regulatory system for Singapore's Major Hazards Installations (MHIs). He specialises primarily in process safety management and occupational safety. He contributed actively to standards development and is currently a member of the workgroup for hydrogen technologies with the Singapore Chemical Industry Council.

Geetali is a Chemical engineer, Gold medallist, University Topper, M.Tech in Environment with MBA in Operations. She is also the first Indian woman qualified as Licentiate Faculty from British Occupational Hygiene Society, UK. She works as EHS &Sustainability Regional Head APAC for Henkel Pte Ltd, based out of Singapore. Her major part of experience is in bulk chemical manufacturing with major reactivity hazards. She has contributed on the board of reputed industrial forums and is currently a mentor at National University of Singapore. Geetali was awarded “Women of Vision” for her contribution to chemical industry by Lubrizol Realty+ in March’23.
