In registering for Chemeca 2026 and Hazards Australasia relevant details (name/organisation) will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates, and also may be made available (if necessary) to parties directly related to the Conference including sponsors, key suppliers and future Conferences. Your name, contact information, image and likeness may be used by the Conference Secretariat and other approved stakeholders, for marketing and managing this and future events of this type.

  • Member registration rates are available to members of IChemE, Engineers Australia (EA), Engineering New Zealand (ENZ), The Royal Australian Chemical Institute (RACI) and the European Federation of Chemical Engineering (EFCE)
  • If you are not a member, please leave the fields blank and you will be taken to the non-member pricing.

Early Bird Registrations must be paid in full by 1 July 2026 in order to receive the discounted rate. 

 

Full Delegate Registration Entitlements 
  • A ticket to the Welcome Reception (Monday 28 September)
  • A ticket to the Conference Gala Dinner - including Awards of Excellence in Chemical engineering (Tuesday 29 September)
  • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea for the duration of the Conference
  • e-book of the conference proceedings

 

Member Rate

Alongside IChemE in Australia and New Zealand, member prices also available to our Conference Supporters' members of Engineers Australia (EA), Engineering New Zealand (ENZ) The Royal Australian Chemical Institute (RACI) and the European Federation of Chemical Engineering (EFCE)

Non-Member Rate

A non-member is defined as a delegate attending the conference/s and is neither a member of the defined Professional Associations nor a full-time student.

Student Rate

A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution student card. Students must be studying full-time to qualify for the discounted rate and may be required to supply a copy of their student identification. Early bird discounts are not applicable to Student registration rates.

Retired Rate

Retired members must be registered with ther association for at least 5 years and are no longer in paid work.

In registering for the conference at the Retired Member or Non Member rate, you understand that making a false claim is dishonest and therefore a breach of the Code of Professional Conduct, which may result in the cancellation of your conference registration. Please note we may ask for evidence relating to your registration.
