Marketing Privacy

In registering for Chemeca 2025 and Hazards Australasia relevant details (name/organisation) will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates, and also may be made available (if necessary) to parties directly related to the Conference including sponsors, key suppliers and future Conferences. Your name, contact information, image and likeness may be used by the Conference Secretariat and other approved stakeholders, for marketing and managing this and future events of this type.

We will provide coach transfers from Hilton Hotel to the National Wine Centre and return for the conference dinner. To assist us in planning, please select below if you will require coach transfers.

The Poster Networking evening will be held on Tuesday 30 September at the conclusion of the conference. This is included in registrations for Tuesday only.
