In registering for Chemeca 2025 and Hazards Australasia relevant details (name/organisation) will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates, and also may be made available (if necessary) to parties directly related to the Conference including sponsors, key suppliers and future Conferences. Your name, contact information, image and likeness may be used by the Conference Secretariat and other approved stakeholders, for marketing and managing this and future events of this type.

Early Bird Registrations must be paid in full by 1 July 2025 in order to receive the discounted rate. 

 

Full Delegate Registration Entitlements 
  • A ticket to the Welcome Reception (Sunday 28 September)
  • A ticket to the Conference Gala Dinner - including Awards of Excellence in Chemical engineering (Monday 29 September)
  • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea for the duration of the Conference
  • Poster presentation and networking evening
  • e-book of the conference proceedings

 

Member Rate

Alongside IChemE in Australia and New Zealand, member prices also available to our Conference Supporters' members of Engineers Australia (EA), Engineering New Zealand (ENZ) and The Royal Australian Chemical Institute (RACI). 

Non-Member Rate

A non-member is defined as a delegate attending the conference/s and is neither a member of the defined Professional Associations nor a full-time student.

Student Rate

A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution student card. Students must be studying full-time to qualify for the discounted rate and may be required to supply a copy of their student identification. Early bird discounts are not applicable to Student registration rates.

Early Bird Registration

Early bird pricing is available for full registration types (excludes student rates) until 30 June 2025. After this date, registration fees will switch over to the standard amount.

Pre Conference Workshop

Engineering the Future in an Era of Digital Transformation

 

This workshop will highlight new developments in Chemical Engineering in an era of process digital transformation and provide ways of enhancing belonging and including in engineering education. It will cover critical application areas such as space resource utilisation, critical mineral processing and recycling, carbon dioxide storage, bioprocess integration and intensification, and mRNA/LNP manufacturing, showcasing how digitalisation is transforming and expanding boundaries. The afternoon session will include a panel discussion on enhancing government, industry and research collaborations together with fostering belonging and inclusion in engineering education.

Cancellations received in writing 28 days prior to the event will be subject to an administrative charge of 10% fees + GST.
