Elise Diaz has been working with major hazard facilities in design, commissioning, and operations for over 17 years. Working for Chevron in Australia and America, she implements and improves process safety management systems in addition to coaching others in the field. Elise holds a Master's of Science degree in Safety Engineering from Texas A&M and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Adelaide, South Australia. Elise is currently an Operations Advisor supporting Chevron Australia’s operating facilities and is a devoted mother to her two young sons.

For the last 36 years, Howard has worked on process plant all over the world, from downstream petrochemicals and refining through midstream to upstream onshore and offshore, from roles as a technician to executive consultancy. As his seniority increased, he became increasingly involved in technical readiness and technical due diligence assessments, informing corporate acquisitions and recently guiding start ups using new energy technology applications.
Howard is known for his book 'Simplicity from Complexity' and providing clarity where others struggle.
