Somnang holds a Master of Commercial and Resource Law and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics from the University of Western Australia. His work focuses on integrating process safety management frameworks, developing safety-critical standards, and mentoring teams to achieve excellence in safety performance. Andrew Shepherd is a chemical engineer with over 20 years’ experience in design and operations of major hazards facilities including in the oil and gas, LNG, mining and energy transition sectors. He holds a PhD from Heriot-Watt University. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (UK) and a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers Australia.

Mr Kerai is a strategic technology and infrastructure engineer who has worked with leading-edge cyber security and threat intelligence solutions for Industrial Control Systems and Enterprise networks. His skills are aligned with enterprise and industrial cyber security solutions, focusing on SCADA/ICS security. He has over 10 years of computer, network security and industrial control system experience, and he continues to research emerging technologies being developed globally within the domain and actively attends and speaks at conferences. He has provided expert consultation for both private and government sectors in various security standards, including ISA 62443 standards, NIST CSF, SOCI Act, AESCF
