Abstract

Chris Jansen is a senior associate in Worley’s Front End Energy team, where he manages complex and challenging projects. He has developed his design and project delivery expertise through work with Chevron, BP, Santos, and Shell, across upstream oil & gas, refining and hydrogen production. Chris recently completed his MBA capstone course where he developed a business case for Victoria University’s Green Steel technology. He aspires to take a leading role in sustainability transformations, by leveraging his experience in process technology, customer relationships and new business initiatives.

Lisa is a Chemical Engineer with extensive experience in risk and process safety. She has over 25 years of technical and leadership experience in top tier oil and gas companies (Santos Ltd/ExxonMobil) and as a principal risk consultant at GPA. She has a track record of delivering significant safety and reliability risk reduction programs and projects in both operations and design environments. Lisa has broad experience in risk reduction, leadership, reliability & maintenance, and process engineering.

Nada is passionate about human behaviour and cultural change programs that drive high performance while minimising harm. With 25 years of global experience in oil, gas, mining, and power, she began as an offshore engineer with ExxonMobil and later led the Australasia HSE team. Holding degrees in Psychology and NeuroLeadership, she has advised companies like BHP, Orica, and DuluxGroup. Notably, she coached Brunel’s crew in the 2016 Volvo Ocean Race. Outside work, she enjoys hiking, ocean swimming, and Japanese whisky.

I have more than 25 years of diversified experience including but not limited to field operations & maintenance, Projects & facilities engineering, Production & Asset Integrity Management, Occupational Health & Safety and Process Safety Management. Previously I have worked with MOL Group, a Hungarian Oil and Gas Company and Pakistan Petroleum Limited in different roles. I am now more focused on Process Safety and HSE leadership works in making work culture improve.
